Jamie Michele Walls February 5, 1985 — December 27, 2025
GRANTS PASS, OR — Surrounded by her family and loved ones, Jamie Michele Walls, 40, passed away on December 27, 2025, following a long and courageous battle with cancer.
Born in Grants Pass, Jamie was a 2003 graduate of Rogue River High School. She went on to graduate from the Western Culinary Institute / Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts. After a career in the food industry, Jamie served as a medical receptionist for Complete Care Oregon in Medford. She found her greatest joy in tending to her plants, crocheting, hiking, camping, and cherished time spent with her friends and family.
Jamie never knew a stranger and lit up every room she entered. A true beacon of light, her joyful spirit and love for life inspired everyone who knew her. Even while facing the unimaginable, she refused to let cancer steal her joy. She remained positive, determined, and vibrant, choosing to truly live every moment and never losing her beautiful smile.

She is survived by her father and step-mother, Michael and Dawn Hutchison of Grants Pass; her grandfather, Richard Christian of Grants Pass; her brother, Frederick Hutchison of Eugene; and her husband, Tony Walls of Rogue River.
